The documented onboarding process covers identity and address checks, ownership checks where relevant, right-to-rent checks, sanctions and PEP screening, tenancy documentation and deposit administration.
What happens if I need to make a complaint?+
MAAK Estate has a written complaints procedure. If the matter is not resolved through the internal process, it can be referred to The Property Ombudsman for independent review.
